Soluble Oil & Coolant Mixers
The Force-Flo fluid mixer blends coolants, synthetics and mild chemicals
with water automatically for uniform emulsion at any proportion. The fluid
mixer inserts into any 15, 30 or 55 gallon drum. We also have a new 5-gallon
pail model as well. Plant water line pressure (25 lb minimum operating
pressure) is all that is necessary to operate the unit.
The fluid mixer can dispense in approximately 1/10th the time of manual methods
and can save up to 25% of coolant per month.
Our fluid mixer is simple to operate. Made of non-corrosive metal and
has no moving parts. Brass, nickel-plated and stainless steel versions are
also available. A fingertip control allows for fine adjustments. Units rated
for 3, 10 or 25 gallons per minute are available. (Flow-rate is based on
25 lbs. of operating water pressure.)
